Why do the oven mitts look flat or thin when first removed from the package?
The oven mitts are vacuum-packed to reduce packaging waste. They may look flat when first opened, but this is normal. Gently shake and reshape them, then allow some time for the filling to expand and return to its original thickness.
Do the oven mitts provide good heat protection when handling hot cookware?
Yes. The thick, padded lining helps protect your hands when handling hot baking trays, pans, and cookware. For safety, keep the mitts dry and avoid direct contact with open flames or holding extremely hot items for extended periods.
