Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, if you need to adjust your shipping address or items, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Once a shipping label has been generated, changes can no longer be made.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, or international courier). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
